We are recruiting for a Quantitative Developer (MD/Director level) on behalf of a leading banking institution in New York. This role is suited to a senior quantitative technology professional with expertise in developing and optimising pricing models, risk analytics, and trading infrastructure. The individual will work closely with quant teams, traders, and risk managers to drive innovation in quantitative finance solutions.

Key Highlights of This Role

• Minimum of 12–15 years’ experience in quantitative development, financial engineering, or algorithmic trading technology.
• Design and develop pricing models, risk analytics tools, and quantitative trading frameworks across multiple asset classes.
• Implement and optimise high-performance computing solutions for real-time market data processing and trade execution.
• Work with C++, Python, and modern data structures to enhance trading and risk management systems.
• Collaborate with traders, quants, and technology teams to improve execution algorithms, backtesting frameworks, and market simulation tools.
• Apply advanced machine learning, statistical modelling, and data science techniques to improve predictive analytics.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, risk control measures, and trading system resilience.
