M&A Specialist | Family Office - Remote (DACH Region)

We are recruiting for an M&A Specialist on behalf of a Family Office operating across the DACH region. This role is suited to an experienced professional with a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, deal structuring, and investment analysis. The individual will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic investment opportunities across various sectors.

Key Highlights of This Role

• Minimum of 8–10 years’ experience in M&A, corporate finance, or investment banking, preferably within a family office, private equity, or advisory firm.
• Identify and assess potential acquisition targets, conducting in-depth financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation modelling.
• Structure and negotiate M&A transactions, ensuring alignment with the family’s investment strategy.
• Oversee the end-to-end deal process, including market research, risk assessment, and transaction execution.
• Work closely with legal, tax, and financial advisors to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders, supporting long-term investment and growth strategies.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities across multiple sectors.
