Legal Counsel – UHNW Family Office - Monaco

We are recruiting for a Legal Counsel role on behalf of a UHNW Family Office based in Monaco. This position is suited to a legal professional with expertise in private wealth, corporate structuring, and regulatory compliance, providing strategic legal guidance across the family’s investments and assets.

Key Highlights of This Role

• Minimum of 8–10 years’ experience in corporate law, private wealth, or family office advisory.
• Advise on estate planning, asset structuring, trusts, and succession planning for the family.
• Oversee corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management across jurisdictions.
• Manage and negotiate contracts, investments, real estate transactions, and philanthropic initiatives.
• Provide legal support for private equity investments, joint ventures, and business interests.
• Liaise with external legal advisors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
• Monitor and adapt to legal and regulatory changes affecting the family’s global interests.
