We are recruiting for a Head of Trading Infrastructure Technology on behalf of a leading banking institution in Miami. This role is suited to an experienced technology professional with a strong background in trading systems, market connectivity, and financial infrastructure. The individual will lead the development and optimisation of the bank’s trading technology environment, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.

Key Highlights of This Role

• Minimum of 12–15 years’ experience in trading infrastructure, technology architecture, or electronic trading platforms within banking or financial services.
• Oversee and enhance trading technology systems, ensuring seamless execution, market access, and risk management.
• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of low-latency trading infrastructure.
• Manage exchange connectivity, API integrations, and electronic trading workflows across multiple asset classes.
• Work closely with quantitative teams, traders, and risk managers to optimise system performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, cybersecurity best practices, and operational resilience standards.
• Drive innovation and strategic technology upgrades, aligning with business growth and trading strategies.
