This role is suited to an experienced executive with a strong background in food and beverage innovation, technology-driven solutions, and scaling high-growth businesses. The CEO will lead the company’s strategic direction, driving growth, operational excellence, and market expansion.

Key Highlights of This Role

• Minimum of 15 years’ leadership experience in food and beverages, FoodTech, FMCG, or related industries.
• Define and execute the business strategy, ensuring innovation, product scalability, and commercial success.
• Lead market expansion, business development, and fundraising, building partnerships with investors and industry stakeholders.
• Oversee product development and supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency and sustainability in sourcing and production.
• Drive brand positioning, marketing, and digital transformation, enhancing customer engagement and market reach.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sustainability standards, and ethical sourcing practices.
• Build and lead a high-performance executive team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
