We are recruiting for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on behalf of a Blockchain & DeFi company operating in the United States. This role is suited to a strategic leader with a deep understanding of decentralised finance, blockchain technology, and digital asset ecosystems. The CEO will be responsible for driving the company’s growth, product innovation, and market expansion.

Key Highlights of This Role

• Minimum of 15 years’ leadership experience, with a proven track record in blockchain, fintech, or financial services.
• Define and execute the strategic vision and roadmap, ensuring long-term scalability and innovation in DeFi solutions.
• Lead business development, fundraising, and investor relations, securing partnerships and capital to drive company growth.
• Oversee product development, market positioning, and go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with industry trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with regulators, industry leaders, and institutional partners to navigate the evolving regulatory landscape.
• Drive the adoption of decentralised finance solutions, expanding user engagement and ecosystem development.
• Lead a high-performance team, fostering a culture of innovation, transparency, and accountability.
