Core Values
Investinu’s core values are based on equality, diversity and Inclusion.
We promote equal opportunity hiring of both women and minorities in the workplace. We don’t promote individuals based on their ethnicity or gender but have implemented an anonymous hiring process that is based on the merits of the individuals.
Our systems aid in removing the initial prejudice and rejections many people face when applying for roles simply based on their name or other biases people may have.
A manual review of all candidates (both successful and unsuccessful) will be carried out on every placement to ensure only the best are put forward based on merit, experience, skill and compatibility with the end organisation.
Our audits also ensure our core values are passed through to all our staff members and to verify that any applicants our consultants deal with meet the criteria’s required for a successful placement and our core values.
